1. Overview
We want you to be happy with what you learn on IQRA LMS. If a purchase doesn't work for you, we'll refund it under the conditions below. This policy applies to all paid courses, subscriptions, and add-ons purchased through our platform.
2. Per-Course Purchases
100% refund within 7 days
If you've completed less than 20% of the course content.
50% refund (manual review)
If 20-50% of the course is completed, refund is subject to instructor approval.
No refund
If more than 50% of the course is completed, or certificate has been issued.
3. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription
Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the period has started.
Quarterly subscription
Full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated minus a 10% admin fee.
Yearly subscription
Full refund within 14 days. Pro-rated refund (minus 10% admin fee) between 14-30 days. No refunds after 30 days.
4. Live Cohorts & Programs
Live cohort programs (with instructor-led sessions, fixed schedules) follow different rules due to capacity guarantees:
- 100% refund if cancelled before the cohort start date.
- 50% refund within the first 3 days of the cohort starting.
- No refund after the first 3 days.
- If we cancel a cohort (insufficient enrollment), you receive a 100% refund or transfer to the next cohort at no charge.
5. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds regardless of timing:
- Certificate fees (after certificate has been issued).
- One-on-one tutor sessions that have already taken place.
- Career counseling sessions that have been booked and completed.
- Bundle/multi-course discounts when only some courses are refunded.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to your IQRA LMS account.
- Go to Settings → Payment History.
- Find the relevant purchase and click Request Refund.
- Briefly explain your reason — this helps us improve and resolve faster.
- Submit. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Can't access your account? Email support@iqra-lms.com from your registered email with the order ID.
7. Processing & Timing
- Review time: 2-3 business days for most refunds; up to 7 for live cohort or manual-review cases.
- Bank credit: Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
- SSLCommerz transactions: Refunds go back to the original payment source. We can't transfer to a different card or account.
- Currency: Refunds issued in the original transaction currency. We don't cover currency conversion losses.
- Gateway fees: Payment processor fees (~2.5%) may not be recoverable; this is deducted from your refund.
